Will Greenwood

The second highest try scorer in English rugby history, who helped power England to a glorious victory at the Rugby World Cup in 2003.

He’s a regular match day presenter and fronts the hugely popular ‘School of Hard Knocks’, giving young people at risk the chance to train, grow and shine through sport.

With a background in economics and as a former City trader with HSBC, he will give real insight about the synergies between team sports and business.


Lucy Adams

With a wealth of people experience, stretching across a number of major organisations including HR Director for the BBC, Lucy now helps business leaders to do things differently. Lucy is an expert in leading through change and bringing back the human side of HR.

Lucy will talk about some of the biggest challenges facing leaders today and inspire with her blend of cutting edge ideas, practical tips and personal experiences.


Chris Brindley MBE

A prominent UK business leader, Chris is chairman of GreaterSport Manchester, a registered charity aiming to change lives through Physical Activity and Sport in Greater Manchester.

Chris was formerly the managing director of Metro Bank and is a leading authority on employee engagement and customer experience. He has worked with Olympic athletes, and uses sport as the learning model to inspire success within business.

Chris brings his subject to life with real examples and refreshing dynamism which encourage action and involvement.
