This 103-bedroom hotel in Oxford includes a modern reception and bar area adjacent to a breakfast and work zone. The ground floor also comprises of a gymnasium and a back of house area containing a kitchen, offices and staff facilities. Each floor contains several room types to cater for the general public.
The superstructure was a hybrid of steel and masonry construction with pre-cast concrete floors. As each floor was constructed the delivery and installation of bathroom pods followed. The façade of the hotel comprised of a locally sourced natural ashlar, render and a travertine block.
