This project is part of a major re-development of Sittingbourne Town Centre and represents phase one the three phases which included the demolition of an existing local authority waste depot and decontamination of the ground as an initial site enabling works.
The scheme comprises of two pre-let units with a separate drive thru Costa unit with extensive external boundary retaining walls forming the car parking and service yard areas.
