Portobello Street, Sheffield

Design and construction of a Multi-Storey Car Park with retail units forming part ground floor level surrounded by Portobello Street, Rockingham Street, Holland Street and Orange Street, Sheffield. Decks are level with two access ramps, one being circular all constructed in precast and insitu concrete with level 0 being within a partial basement. The construction of this development included extensive coordinated service diversions which existed within the site prior to controlled demolition of existing slabs, walls and foundations from previous buildings which occupied the site dating back circa 1800.
