Victoria Hospital MSCP, Blackpool

Design and construction of a new build multi-storey car park within Blackpool Teaching Hospitals busy site complex, located off Whiney Hays Road. The project included ground level plus 6 suspended levels multi storey car park of 1122 spaces to a design life of 60 years, also designed to allow for a future horizontal extension to provide an additional 300 spaces. The MSCP utilises split level decks and a single central circulation ramp with only two stair/ lift cores all designed to Park Mark standard to meet the NHS Foundation Trust’s requirements
